Gang, I'm so excited!! Next week, I'm kicking off my first ever online challenge; Fall Into Wellness. I felt like the summer was a little bit crazy-in all the best ways-but I may have over enjoyed if you get my drift. I decided that I want to recommit to my wellness goals after the new moon (September 9th) and it's always better to have some accountability when you're working towards lasting change. Thus the Fall Into Wellness: 30 Day Challenge was created! To re-commit to wellness. To re-commit to those biggies like proper hydration and tracking sleep, but also scheduling the time to journal and get in some self love/self-care. This challenge also encourages movement, meditation and a little magic to remind us that this life is more than the mundane. Every day I'll be sharing a prompt on Instagram (and shared on the Zennergy Studios FaceBook) with a tip on how to bring in a little more wellness to your daily life. Some days are simple routine tracking to create healthy habits while others are more free form and invite you to create a bit more laughter, connection and magic in your life.
