Weekly Class Descriptions

All Zennergy Studios classes are $10 or six classes for $55.
​Drop-ins are always welcome!

Beginner Belly Dance

Monday 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
Learn the basics in belly dance with a mix of dance styles discussed. You will shimmy, omni, circle and more. Each week we break down a movement and work through combinations to get you dancing right from the start!

No prior dance experience needed. Comfortable clothing encouraged. Hip Scarves available for in-class use.

Yoga Flow Foundations

Thursday 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
A vinyasa style flow class with alignment cues for beginner and intermediate alike. Focuses on breath linked with movement while working on strength, flexibility and balance.

No prior yoga experience needed. Yoga props are encouraged.

Belly Dance Cues & Combos

Thursday 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
We focus on belly dance basics mixed with combinations and choreography that will prepare dancers for performances. You'll  get a taste of Egyptian style, American Tribal Style and Tribal Fusion belly dance styling. ​

Performance opportunities will be offered as Zennergy Studios' own dance troupe, The Serpentine Sisterhood. Please note; there will be costuming requirements.
Prior experience encouraged.

Burly-Q Experiment

Every Other Thursday 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm​
A practice in self love and exploration of moment!
​Hip bumps, shimmies and more.
​This is a private class, by invite only.

Yoga Flow (off site)

Wednesdays 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm

This class is held at the Masonic Care Community.
FREE for MCC employees.

Yin to Yang Yoga
*Currently on Hiatus*

​A combination of Yin & Vinyasa styles creating a slower pace class that allows the yogi to check in with their form, balance and breathe during every posture. We'll focus on micro-movements and work on flexibility.

Letting the day start slow, but feeling relaxed and recharged in the end. This class is great for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxing recharge. 

Or perhaps you're in need of some 'hangover yoga?' We've partnered with our neighbor, 16 Stone Brewpub, for this class and if you're part of the 16 Stone Mug club it's half price! 

​Gentle Chair Yoga & Breathwork
*Currently on Hiatus*

Chair Yoga offers modifications of many asanas, or yoga poses, often while seated in a chair. Yogis will work on flexibility and strength in this class. 

​In Yoga we call breathe work, pranayama or breathe of life. In this class we'll work on breathing techniques to reconnect to the body and find relaxation.
