Stress Less, REFRESH!
When we find ourselves in stress, the best thing we can do for ourselves is take a deep breath! This session combines breathing techniques with simple movement to relax you from your day to day stress. Participants will work on releasing tension held in the neck, shoulders and more.

Jenn has been working with the Whitesboro Central School District’s Health and Wellness Program for the past two years and still continues to be part of our school community. She has provided her expertise in “Stress Less and Refresh” sessions focused on promoting various Yoga techniques that help individuals minimize their stress levels as well as learn proper techniques in stretching and breathing exercises.
Jenn is a very professional and organized individual who continues to bring fun and healthy initiatives to our District. I truly enjoy working with Jenn and look forward to our future encounters!

Chair Yoga
Yoga offers us a chance to reconnect to the body and breath. Chair Yoga offers gentle modifications of asanas or poses. This class is great for limited mobility or in a classroom setting.

Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation
A Vinyasa yoga practice; complete with Sun Salutations, standing and seated poses (asanas). This class begins slow and intentional before heating up with some strengthening exercises and balance poses. Complete the movement portion of the class with a cool-down and Savasana. Finalize class with a guided meditation (optional).
