Sometimes when we get really hard on ourselves we believe that we have not done anything worthy or great. Of course this isn't the truth! These are the moments when it's nice to be able to talk to a friend or look in the past at the good stuff that we've completed. So here's your homework: List 100 Achievements or goals you accomplished. Big, small and in between. From the time you were born to the person you are now, you've accomplished so many more than 100! This isn't a test in greatness, though you truly are. This is a reminder to that cruel voice in your head that brings you down in moments of panic! If you journal out your greatness, you will be reminded of how much you make a difference and how worthy you really are. Then you can use this list if that fear voice starts to creep in. Not sure where to start? Here are a few from my own list to start:
Took a walk every morning for a week Completed 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Choreographed a dance! Packed my lunch every day for a week Put together an 1.5 hour show Corrected a $40,000 billing issue Sewed my own Halloween costume Taught someone how to copy/paste Traveled solo Created a poster/flyer for an event Took a friend out to dinner Gave directions to a lost tourist Walked over 55 miles in a week Told a good joke Adopted (and love) a shelter cat You have done great things and you will continue to do great things. We are all worthy of greatness. <3 - Jenn Rose |
