Summer Shake Up - Mini Retreat June 17th 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
After the success of our first "Live Well, Be Well" mini retreat in January we are working hard to bring you another day of fun wellness events!
Events will include Morning Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Jenn Rose, an Introduction to Belly Dance with Jenn Rose, some life coaching tips to shake up your routine with Kim C., Yoga Nidra with Andrea and the anticipated return of Journey Dance with Kim B. The Cape & Cup Cafe will also be providing lunch to all participants.
Check-in begins at 8:30 AM. Workshops start at 9:00 AM.
